Lead strategic technological planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technologies. This lead to an overhaul of the IT infrastructure from a WAN to an SD-WAN for our distributed network, resulting in increased uptime and increased efficiencies in maintenance and management.

Collaborate internally and with outside vendors to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports organizational needs.

Stay abreast of trends and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance especially in the areas of Cyber Security and HIPAA regulations, resulting in no citations for the IT area during FDA and AABB audits/inspections.
