Apr 2018 onwards – Handling entire gamut of Administration (BLR & CHN centres) -

Head all verticals of Real Estate, Projects, Physical and Electronic Security, Facility Management, and Transportation for GlobalLogic, Bangalore & Chennai centres, comprising of office space over 1.5 L SFT, 1300+ employees.

Task spread across 2 cities with 3 offices and 6 direct reportee and an extended team of approx. 70 resources -

oResponsible for overall Employee Services function for 2 locations (Bangalore & Chennai); over 1.5 L SFT – both locations. (BLR – 1.1 L SFT & CHN – 45 K SFT).

oHandling all aspects of facility - Housekeeping, Security, Cafeteria Management, Food & Beverage, Stationery & couriers, Building maintenance, Real Estate management, Space Management for total 1,300 odd FTE, property management, Guest House Management and AMCs (MEP) for all equipment and Asset Management.

oDesigning and managing budgets for both locations and tracking expenses & minimizing costs by innovative methods. On time and 100% accurate invoice processing of all CAPEX & OPEX spends.
