• Responsible for end to end stock movement between Vendors, Warehouse and Stores in Kuwait and Iraq, Managing a team of Helpers and Drivers for loading and offloading stock.

• Receiving: Supervise the unloading of shipments from the Vendor’s vehicle and checking against the delivery order to ensure that all the full consignment or order has been delivered. Inspecting goods for external damage and expiry; Signoff the invoice and vendors receipt. Updating the Warehouse system (WMS) with received stock and verifying GRN document. Report discrepancies to the buyer.

• Order Picking, Packing and Shipping: Ensure the store orders that come in daily are processed by warehouse team who will collect the products from shelves and loading pallets for delivery to store, to inform stores/buyers of shortage in stock in advance so order fulfillment is accomplished.

• Maintain storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.

• Manage inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data to WMS, analyzing reports.

• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and call for repairs.

• Readily support new processes and promote team-oriented environment to enhance productivity, build morale, and control costs.

• Responsible for end to end stock movement between Stores, Warehouses, Vendors.
