Recruitment, Selection and Staff Placement: Coordinated the recruitment process, ensuring advertisement of vacancies, selection of candidates, Work with direct report to design interview questions, written/IT tests, case studies, group discussions as required in line with the Personnel Specification and Job Description and keep track of vacancies. Staff placement, calculation of grade points and ensure the complete documentation/endorsement of recruitment documents (job descriptions, position request form, pay plan etc.) before actual staff placement.

Employee relations and Staff Management: Prepared letters using approved templates to Embassies, banks and other recognized bodies as needed by members of staff, employee correspondence relating to health talks, pensions, banks, leave administration, etc. Other HR approved communications.

Exit Management: Ensured exiting staff comply with exit procedures. Advised on payroll and ensured all exits are expunged from payroll, coordinated exit documentation. Staff bereavement; followed up on necessary documentation for deceased staff. Ensured full compliance with exit procedures. Followed through on Accounts department to ensure payment of terminal benefits and other entitlements.

Employee Data Management: Management of the Human Resource Information system, ensured efficient data management and up to date records of employees, compiling of employee data and periodic reporting to Direct report. Providing HR data as needed to auditors or other third parties as approved and requested.

Training and Development: Coordinating and administering training and development programmes and liaising with external training bodies as required. Processed employee requests for external training while complying with policies and procedures, Administration and co-ordination of internal training programmes.

Legal Advisory, Documentation and Review: Handling legal correspondences, ensuring legal documents like SLAs, MOUS, Company Proposals to clients etc. are in tune with the provisions and expectations.
