Ensuring all works are executed in a safe manner, as per code and compliance with HESQ system in projects
Prepare project Management procedures and Project Execution plan.
Prepare project document distribution matrix and ensuring project requirements with Internal, External and subcontractors for their respective actions.
Co-ordinate and Prepare multi-discipline Engineering method statements
Study of project document, ensure all work is carried out in accordance with applicable Codes and Standards and project boundaries.
