Responsibility:

Develop WBS (work breakdown structure) in collaboration with management and project team for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control.

Prepare and maintain master baseline project schedule incorporating milestones, work breakdown structure (WBS), critical path analysis, resources and cost.

Prepare progress measurement system to determine the progress of work using the system. This includes engineering, procurement, construction and testing & commissioning control sheets.

Review and implement subcontractors’ schedules into the master schedule.

Monitor all sub-contractors’ performance and actual progress against the project schedule.

Prepare weekly and monthly project progress report in full compliance with client’s requirement such as Dashboard, 2 weeks look ahead, 3 months look ahead, S-curves, manpower histogram, equipment histogram, cash flow histogram and commodity curve.

Perform delay analysis (TIA) to determine the time impact to the contractual project completion date, supported with a detail narrative report which highlights the chronology of all identified delay events.

Evaluate and analyze project critical path highlighting major concerns impacting on the project and propose mitigation measures to project control manager for consideration.

Evaluate and incorporate variations and claims into the approved baseline schedule and advise the impacts of claims on the baseline schedule.
