Develop WBS (work breakdown structure) in collaboration with management and project team for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control.
Prepare and maintain master baseline project schedule incorporating milestones, work breakdown structure (WBS), critical path analysis, resources and cost.
Prepare progress measurement system to determine the progress of work using the system. This includes engineering, procurement, construction and testing & commissioning control sheets.
Review and implement subcontractors’ schedules into the master schedule.
Monitor all sub-contractors’ performance and actual progress against the project schedule.
