•Teamed with IT to migrate email system from Novell Groupwise to MS Exchange.
•Provided Data and analysist reports for the all areas of the college using SQL, Microsoft Access, Visual studio, CunyFirst/Peoplesoft and conducted quality assurance of disseminated information.
•Web Application Manager for the online integrated check in application. Managed the integration between Sharepoint applications and 3 party solution to improve customers being served.
•Was instrumental in securing additional $2M in funding for the Division of Student Affairs through data analysis and reporting.
•Created, maintained and managed all scheduled processes for the Registrar’s office which produced a 80% increase in productivity and quality. •Created “Ask an Advisor”, via .NET, a virtual advising portal that provides online advising to LaGuardia students – this, in turn increased communication by more than 80%. Manage the part-time staff responsible for providing virtual advising. Collaborate with IT to optimize “Advise Me” including provided static communication to all students and staff and spearheaded the creation of staff utilization reports for campus leadership. Both processes involved helping students to get to where they needed to be without any back and forth communication between advising and registration.
•Created and managed the production of student and staff training videos. These videos provide insight into Student Affairs departments, provide instructions on the use of electronic resources, or clarify academic policies and procedures for registration.
•Assisted students in resolving CUNYfirst issues including claiming a CUNYfirst account, course registration, pre-requisite overrides, completing “To Do” list items, term activation, creating registration appointments, and updating placement score student groups.
•Provided oversight of the registration lab operations. Collaborate with the Information Technology department to confirm that all PC’s, hardware, and web browsers are operating. Report issues to the Registrar or the Senior Director of Advising.
•Managed student group and service indicator placement for the ASAP, College Discovery programs, Health Science departments, Business department, Honors students and other various departments within the campus community.

•Student Affairs liaison for the campus-wide expansion of SEMS (Student Engagement Management System (SEMS). SEMS is an intelligent student tracking system that allows the campus to truly identify and monitor how students are engaged across the campus.
•Created electronic sign in for faculty and staff to capture student attendance at events.

•Facilitated the purchase, programming, and deployment of student self-check-in Kiosks. Allowing students to schedule visits with various support-service areas without waiting in line.
