Vinsan world is a group of companies that deal in Advertising, Event Management, Travel & Tourism, Film Institutes, and Restauranteurs. I am currently working at Vinsan World at their Advertising and Event management company as the Business Development Manager.

Imprint Concepts (iConcepts), Chennai, India (2018)

iConcepts is an Advertising and event management firm that provides 360 degree support for all marketing and advertising needs. It has to its credit a large number of conglomerate client list and successfully completed event productions under its name. I was working at iConcepts as the Senior Manager for Business Development and Events Management.

Generating new client base as well as maintain the previous retainer client accounts.

Event scouting, and organizing any and all kinds of events from Property fair to Concerts, only to name a few.

Provide strategic marketing and advertising plans for new and retainer clients based on market research.

GE Ecomagination Centre, Masdar City (2016)

General Electricals (GE) Ecomagination Center was built to develop innovative solutions for driving sustainable growth and produce clean energy and spread its awareness all around the world. Often large and small scale companies would conduct events and meetings at the Center with the intention of bringing powerful minds and solutions together to produce safe, clean and sustainable energy for the world and the future generations. My short stint at the Center as an Administrative Manager enabled me to overlook and manage all events and meetings conducted.

Generated reports on daily events and meeting or visits of clients.

Invited and organized field trips from Petroleum colleges from within U.A.E and other countries in the world.

Organized and executed formal events for corporate companies at the Ecomagination Center.

Alchemy Films (2014)

Alchemy Films is yet another production house where I worked as a freelance Production Manager on project basis. The company primarily concentrated on commercial advertisements and films and even provided crew and equipment for production team and projects from all over the world in Dubai. I would be required to sit in for pre-production through post-production depending on the projects.

Developed and produced segments for certain parts of the projects as per the requirements.

Assisted in the Pre-production and production of short-films to be submitted for Film festivals (Dubai 48 hrs. Film Festival) on behalf of Alchemy Films.

Researched and assisted in the production of commercial and online advertisements (Dubizzle).

Made sure all the legal formalities and logistics were completed with actors, extras, and freelance crews.

Assisted producers with the scheduling, location research, call-sheets, and scripting.

Romana Water Industries (2012)

This stint into a completely unrelated field helped me learn a lot about marketing and promoting a product or concept to the consumers and the effects it has on the market. Romana Industries is a Water purification company that has plants in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ajman, and I worked as a Marketing Manager for their corporate branch in Dubai and my responsibilities included generating more clients with the help of a team of executives.

Created, planned and coordinated product marketing and strategy.

Directed the executives for sales and promotional product campaigns.

Managed credit terms, ensuring timely delivery to customers and developing guidelines for executives.

Handled sales in the corporate sector and individual company portfolio for Dubai as an area of operation.

Rahbani Production (2008)

Primarily, I worked at the IFE department as the Production Coordinator; although I had responsibilities laid down from the Production Department also, which dealt with producing commercial and online advertisements, films, and documentaries. IFE ( In-Flight Entertainment) dealt only with providing multi-lingual movies, sitcoms, promotional travel and tourism video, interviews of Middle Eastern celebrities, and music to around 20 clients; Emirates, Etihad, Air France, Royal Jordanian, Lufthansa, to name only a few.

Overlooked production development and management of all assigned projects.

Assisted/operated with studio and field equipment including camera, lighting, audio and technical set-up.

Prepared call-sheets and constructed the English version of scripts for Arabic music video programs.

Provided assistance and support to the production team for pre-and post-production responsibilities.

Organized day-to-day scheduling for artists (actors, anchors, interviewers), including meal breaks, hair and

Make-up preps, arrival and departure arrangements, and on-set rehearsals.

Had completed 1- month internship at Asianet Entertainment Channel on aspects of television production and programming, scripting, location research, pre-recorded and live broadcasting, post-production.

PhotoCenter, Coimbatore, India

Had completed a1-monthinternship with a popular photography institute in India, where I had hands-on training with all modes of film printing, digital color correction. Responsibilities were to assist in photography classes and photo shoots and setting up the lights and camera.

Had completed a1-month internship in an audio production studio that dealt with producing multi-lingual radio advertisements and jingles, fiction and documentary and religious audio books.
