I was hired into the MIT program in December of 2016. I was training at Canyonwood in Redding until I was placed in the Twin Oaks Facility in Chico Ca as the Interim Manager for 4 months. I am currently the Account Manager at the Vibra facility in Redding Ca. I was promoted to Training Manager in December 2018 and addiotionally became responsible for training all new Account Managers to oversee their own facilities. As an account manager I am responsible for the environmental services in this location. My responsibilities are but not limited to; Hiring new staff, training of new and current front line staff, scheduling, ordering supplies while following a budget needed for the cleaning and maintaining of the building, stripping and waxing rooms and hallways, daily, weekly and monthly compliance paperwork.

I was the store manager at this location since Sept 2014, previously was the manager at the Oroville and Live Oak locations. I was also promoted to maintenance for the Northern California area of Anderson, Redding, and Red Bluff and was responsible for repairing and maintaining the building inside and outside. During my time with Tower, I was responsible for the SMS system, scheduling, training new and current associates, invoice processing, receiving and shipping, and hiring and termination, daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork. I have been a manager for 5 and a half years for Tower Mart.

Was responsible for the site I was assigned to, site needs varied on client directives. Generally client needs were to maintain a watchful eye on entrances, vehicles, employees customers and buildings. Worked closely with local law enforcement depending on site needs. EDUCATION EVEREST UNIVERSITY, ORLANDO FLORIDA, ASSOCIATE'S IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE Maintained a 3.6 GPA while in school, made honor roll three semesters consecutively and Dean’s list.

COMMUNICATION I have delivered several presentations during company meetings regarding store procedures and company policies while employed with Tower and have given many In service to employees and presentations while with Healthcare Services Group.

LEADERSHIP I have successfully lead many store locations while with Tower to have increased sales, a better trained and more productive staff, and increased customer satisfaction with rave reviews. I successfully took an account with Healthcare Services Group that the client wanted to termination the contract and within one and a half months brought the account around to include us on the client's employee of the month program and recommend our services and company to other hospitals and rehab facilities in the state.
