Performed daily chemical tests for the E-Coat tanks and monitored & adjusted chemicals on a PH basis, maintained E-coat paint line.

Implemented one-piece work flow, Kan-Ban super market material based flow, and ergonomic standards for entire plant and cycle time reductions using PSE tools.

Trained as a PSE Coordinator and redesigned entire plant layout using CAD.

Implemented FLEXO Flow racking for each work cell using ergonomics
