Work closely with the business and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase employee commitment, engagement, productivity and retention.

Support the development and implementation of HR related initiatives, policies, procedures and best practices.

Supervise staffing needs for individual clients. Recruit associates for high demand skill areas and to ensure talent pool is plentiful to fill customer orders.

Attends job fairs to recruit and source potential candidates as needed. Interview and evaluate applicants to determine their qualifications for assignments to fill customer work orders. Schedules interviews, job placement activities, and applicant testing. Guide associates in upgrading their skills for assignments.

Maintain current and up to date customer and associate records in Avionte to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Process associate payroll information into Avionte, review all payroll documents for accuracy, (i.e., W-4's, Customer Profiles, etc.). Submit the necessary payroll documents to the payroll department on Mondays as needed.

Complete associate reference checks, backgrounds, E-verify, drug screens, employment verifications, and other checks and balances required by IHC and client in accordance with company policies.

Provides all associates with specific client and/or IHC orientations.

Monitor associate's attendance and performance. Coach and counsels associates to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction. Resolve customer/client/associate issues and/or complaints, serve as the initial contact when associates report work related injuries at a client work site and documents all information in Avionte to ensure accurate record keeping. (Unemployment Hearings/Claims, Workers Compensation)

Notify branch manager of work related injuries and knowledgeable of IHC's workers compensation procedures; Ensuring appropriate forms are thoroughly completed by associates. Conduct required follow -up with injured associate and client to ensure a positive outcome.
