Servicing fee automation is a percentage of each mortgage payment made by a borrower to a mortgage servicer as compensation for keeping a record of payments, collecting, passing principal and interest payments along to the note holder, etc. Delinquent servicing fee relates to delinquent loans and bankruptcy reflects the amount of the invoice paid to third party vendors. In this project we were concerned about those loans which are delinquent from 30 days onwards and foreclosure rates. As a part of team I used to create monthly reports through database packages and send report to business for analysis .Redesigned and redeveloped several finance database projects.
