• 300 Hours of PLC Experience- Used automation system software such as Allen Bradley Control RS Logix 5000 and Siemens to write PLC programming. Wrote simple to advanced programs that contained JUMP with several subroutines. Designed them to any schematic or specification. Troubleshot and fixed PLC programs.
• 150 Hours of AC Drive Experience- Used industrial drives such as Yaskawa, GE, and Siemens in open loop vector, closed loop vector, and volts/Hz. Installed and wired drives to motors and sensors. Connected them to PLCs through HMIs or physical push button applications. Set up and applied variable frequencies.
• 50 Hours of HMI Experience-Set up HMI touch screen to send commands to any device it could be connected to in the place of push buttons. Commands included start, stop, forwards, and backwards.
• 100 Hours of Robotic Experience- Used a Motoman HP3 6-axis robot in conjunction with a NX controller. Programmed the robotic arm to execute desired operations through series of sequential locomotion.
