Currently working on Ford F150 aftermarket performance packages. Responsible for design of upgraded engine cradle, packaging of electronic modules and sensors and new wire routing for upgraded packages. Also working on studies and proposals for stripped chassis projects.

Assigned to Exterior Group Bumpers, Fascia’s and Grille’s Thru Bartech Design Group. Responsible for design of GM A2LL Front and Rear Bumper Beams Front and Rear Energy Absorbers, SZBA and SRR Brackets, FPA and RPA Sensors. Various study’s for installation of Fascia components, Air flow and Impact analyses low and high speed. Also provided wire routing and features for Radars and Sensors.

Assigned to Exterior Group Bumpers, Fascia’s and Grille’s Thru Global Technology Responsible for design of GMX 352 Front Fascia Upper, Monster Bracket Grillette, Hairpin Bracket and various sonic weld brackets for Fog Lamp And R.P.A. Sensors. Worked on D2UX Buick and Opel parts. Designs include Buick Grille Lower North America and China, Opel Grille Lower, Grillette with Chrome Hockey Stick around Fog Lamp, Sonic weld Weld Brackets for fog lamp and Tooling studies on front fascia upper.
08/05-09/10 PLASTIC OMNIUM
Assigned to Plastic Omnium Automotive Exteriors L.L.C. Thru INACT SOLUTIONS Responsibilities include Design and development of front rear fascias as well as front grills, body side claddings, impact beam and energy absorber and S.I.R. sensors. Other tasks performed included; parting line, die pull, and masking studies for front and rear fascia’s, as well as, the design of clip towers, snap tabs, attachment brackets, support ribs, and the rework of designs for better tooling conditions. Also provided quote drawings (ie; volume, painted area, projected area, mass, and tonnage). Data management responsibilities were also performed (ie. Incoming data, outgoing data, and data conversions.
07/02-08/05 TOYOTA CORPORATION
Assigned to surfacing group Thru Global Technology Responsibilities include work on inner side door trim Panel, Instrument Panel Glove box door and bucket, Seat belt bolster, Center Console Cover, Hood Outer Panel and various bezels for the 2005 Avalon. Other tasks included; Packaging studies of H.V.A.C., Wire Harness and Electrical Switches and clips in the Instrument Panel and Door area.
12/99-07/02 GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY
Assigned to G.M. Mid-size Car Division for doors; responsibilities included initial set up of body side frame, inner and outer; solid modeling on door inner panel, A and B pillar door side weather seal muckets at belt, weather seal at belt outer, close out seal at B pillar, impact beam, hinge reinforcement, lock reinforcement, packaging of electronic touch pad switch instead of outside handle and various other studies. Door-swing, criteria setup, over slam bumpers for GMX 215 and GMX 245 (Evoq and Corvette)

Assigned to G.M. Small Car Division. Epsilon Program. Responsibilities included set-up of roof rails and bows, package of side air bags inside the roof rail and sail area, early door inner panel, set-up of body ring inner and reinforcements.
05/94-12/97 GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY:
Assigned to G.M. Mid-size Car Division for weather seal. Responsibilities included glass run channels, corner molds, make from sections, swing and numerous other studies for 1997 “W” body. Assigned to 1999 “China” car.
10/93-05/94 RADIAL PACIFIC AUSTRALIA, LTD:
Assigned to General Motors Holden Ltd. Responsibilities included surfacing of interior door handle and escutcheon, door outer panel, also designed front fender inner and numerous studies.
02/93-10/93 GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY:
Assigned to Standard Products Weather Seal Division. Responsibilities included front and rear door glass run channels, front door upper auxiliary and end caps; numerous studies and proposals for 1997 “C” body.
