Ziraat Bankası is the biggest financial institution in Turkey.

Collected realtime data from various event customer touch points, including web, mobile and ATMs.

Used collected data to store, analyze user activities realtime.

Hopi is a multitenant loyalty platform that partners with biggest brand of Turkey, aims to give personalized recommendation each and every one of its users.

Analyzed, designed, architected and implemented the Big Data Analytics platform.

Integrated with various data sources(50+ events) including Hopi application layer, mobile analytics, ibeacon sensors located in stores, Boyner and other partner CRM databases.

Consolidated data in HDFS by direct load or realtime with Storm, Kafka and Camus.

Used Pig to manage unstructured data and put into Hive tables.

Used Hive to calculate various metrics required by Marketing - CRM & Data Science teams.

Implemented 100+ Hive scripts and 1000+ metrics

Used Talend to export summarized Hive tables to Oracle Exadata to be used by all means.
