Summary of duties:
Directly responsible for the overall supervision of all phases of Field Engıneerıng works (Cıvıl/Structural & Archıtectural, Mechanıcal, Pıpıng, E & I Works)
Check and review fully Project Scope of Work and specification requirement precise in the subcontract agreement and general terms condition of the Contract.
Review and evaluate incoming construction documents: i.e. AFC drawings, Site Instruction and Letters issued by Client’s, if there is any potential changes with regards to project scope of work, IFC drawings and specification will immediately prepare the change notification letters to the Client’s for their information / clarification and confirmation.
Check and review engineering submittals (Shop Drawings/As-built Drawings, Method Statements, and Material Submittals).

Initiate to follow-up for those pending documents for clarification / approval through official letter to the Clients.
Prepare cost estimates proposal for various additional change orders or variation orders with respect to the Terms and Condition of the contract.
Fully check, review and evaluate properly the subcontractor cost proposal and material quotation provided by supplier if this in accordance with the Project Budget
(IOPB) requirement.
Arranged and Conduct regular internal meeting with lead engineer per discipline to discuss and resolve immediately the engineering issues and concern.
Attend coordination meeting regularly with the Client and highlight the major issues affecting delays of Construction progress and engineering technical issues.
Properly Monitor / Update in the Central Warehouse Department (CWD) the delivered / Un-delivered FREE ISSUE materials of Clients to verify if this in line with the project milestone schedule or approved base line schedule.
Coordinate with other department head from time to time to monitor and update the engineering issues and concern.
Assist / Verify of Interim Progress Billing provided by PCD prior to signature of Project Manager In-charged.
Prepare IOPB and Cost to Client budget required for subcontract items that being processed by CTD.
Fully support to Project Manager assigned on the projects for all related activities with the engineering technical issues and concern.
Prepare in advance all activities related to engineering matters which require as priority by construction group based on the project schedule milestone date or approved baseline schedule by the Client.
Responsible to reconcile/negotiate the final BOQ, Change Orders or variation orders and Client back-charges to close out the Final Capped Value of the Project.
Assıst to HILL INTERNATIONAL to gather all data’s ınformatıon requıred for Claım’s ı.e. key correspondence, PMCR.MOM ın accordance wıth the contract condıtıon and cessatıon agreement of the current and hıstorıc projects beıng contracted by the company.
Prepare Fınal Account of the projects / collates documents relevant to Claım Analysıs / Extensıon of Tıme.

Responsible for engineering with supervision to Civil / Structural and Archıtectural works. Handle estımatıng quantıty take-off for Cıvıl, Structural, Pıpıng / Insulatıon, HVAC and Paıntıng works.

Prepare clarification / queries for indistinct statement defined in the contract documents.

Summary of duties :
Initiate internal inspection with site engineer and after verifying work done, raise inspection for consultant inspection.
Performs inspection in accordance with approved shop drawing, inspection test plan and method statement.
Conduct Inspection of all permanent materials delivered to site procured by Company and Subcontractors and ensure in accordance to specify with the approved material submittal and manufacturer compliance certificate requirements.
Monitor the quality of works on daily basis.
Carryout safety inspection for all activities at Site related to safety works.
Identifies and reports conditions of substandard work and issue an NCR or CAR that requires corrective action and follows up to ensure completion in timely manner.
Liaise with the site engineers and provide assistance when requested.
Witnessing the concreting works in a presence of the third party technician and consultant/material inspector, slump test, concrete temperature and cubes preparation for the compressive test.
Witnessing the activities to be done by subcontractors and ensure in accordance to approved project shop drawing, method statement and ITP.
Prepare Method Statement, Materıal Submıttal, Checklıst and ITP to be submıtted to consultant for their approval.
Prepare and submit on daily / weekly basis of inspection reports and status report of MS, MAR, ITP/Checklist to QA/QC manager.
Responsible for close out of Letters, IR, IMDS, MS, MAR, ITP/Checklist, NCR
& CAR related to civil matters issued by client.
