HRIS&OPERATIONS

Pre-employment reference & Background check.

Responsible for Releasing the Offer Letters for New Joiners.

Taking care of joining formalities, Providing HR-Induction and Co-coordinating with training department for Process induction.

Update new joiner details in Employee Data Base.

Coordination with bank executives Opening a salary account for new joiners and updating of account numbers in Employee Master Data.

Creation of New ID card, Access Card.

Employees grievance handling,

Prepare all kinds of HR related letters

New employees CTC data Preparation.

Preparing the employees Contract and NDA (Non - Disclosure Agreement).

Issuing the new joinees Bond and contract extension, Taking legal action on abscond employees.

Induction for new joiners about Income Tax and Flexible Benefit plan declaration.

Issue of resignation acceptance and relieving letter for resigning employees.

Consolidation of salary inputs to the payroll process.

Coordinating with the finance team for processing of Employees LTA, Salary advances etc.

Collection of Income tax declaration proofs and updating in HRIS.

Collecting IT Declaration form from eligible employees.

Handling salary related issues/grievance.

Ding exit interview and Full& Final Settlement for left employees.

Compile employee timesheets and payroll data from time sheets and other records.

Prepare monthly pay sheet.

Prepare sending payslips to all employees.

STATUTORY COMPLIANCE

Responsible for all statutory PF& ESI, PT, LWF, TDS.

Handling PF & FNF settlement Process for X employee’s forms 10C, 19.

Handling the PF & ESI (Like Submission, every month Returns, Half Yearly returns, Yearly Returns)

Taking care of Income Tax returns&Remitanceform 16 generation.

Processing & preparing the statutory forms.

Submission of ESI and PF forms Declarations / returns (Like form 1, 2,3A, 5, 7, 9&12A & 6A).

Coordination with employees of TDS.

Generating Chillan’s for all statutory compliance.

Co-coordinating with all Govt.Departments.

Monthly updating Shops Establishment records etc.

STATUTORY REGISTRATION

For new establishment EPF,PT,ESI,LWF,Shops&Estd,Import&Export Code( IE),Service Tax,TAN,PAN etc.

MIS

Preparation of Monthly MIS report and other Timely need reports with 100 % accuracy.

Preparation of monthly reports like, ESI, PT&TDS, Additions Deletions etc.

ADMIN
