Having 09 years’ Experience as a Quantity surveyor in all construction disciplines as high-rise building, hotel, stadium, residential, industrial and STP projects etc.

AS A QUANTITY SURVEYOR – (PRE & POST CONTRACT)
Preparation of Bill of Quantities and detailed and accurate quantity take off from drawings and material enquiries.
Evaluate and certify of sub-contractors payment certificates.
Identify and process variation to Engineer / Consultant including variation orders, quantification and evaluation.
Preparation and process monthly interim payment application under main contract agreement.
Preparation & Take the site measurement for the progress of work done.
Checking of Quantities submitted by Sub-contractors.
Preparing material at site schedule.
Preparation of monthly reconciliation of subcontract, materials (steel, concrete, form work & block work) report for better monitor and control of wastage.
Assist procurement department with scoping of subcontract packages and furnishing the correct documentation such as specification, drawing and etc.
