• Use hand held radio to inform Day porter, Security, or Engineer of any tenant needs, or other duties;

Incoming calls from customers to place orders;

Call various freight companies for quotes, pick up, lift gates, fill out BOL;
Manage office when CEO on vacation or out-of-town shows;
Enter and distribute checks in Quick Books for vendors and staff payroll;
File all correspondences, invoices, vendor bills, etc;
