Administrative Assistant/Commercial Bookkeeper

• Oversee day-to-day bank account cash balance for five CA properties;

• Order offices supplies;

• Use hand held radio to inform Day porter, Security, or Engineer of any tenant needs, or other duties;

• Self managed office when Property Manager is out; Assisted Property Managers at 4 locations; one in Beverly Hills, 2 Sherman Oaks and one in Hollywood; UPC DISTRIBUTION (Wholesale Company), Los Angeles, CA Dec./2012 to Sept./2015 Office Manager/Sales

Incoming calls from customers to place orders;

Follow up with customers on re-ordering, East Coast, to Pacific Coast;

Charge customers; via, credit card, COD Secured Funds; and/or net 30;

Edit invoice orders, then finalize invoices, give to warehouse for shipping;

Receive customer checks, log; email customers received checks; and/or balance due;

Call various freight companies for quotes, pick up, lift gates, fill out BOL;

Manage office when CEO on vacation or out-of-town shows;

Enter and distribute checks in Quick Books for vendors and staff payroll;

File all correspondences, invoices, vendor bills, etc;

Average bi-weekly sales $20,000.
