Actively participated in the planning, creation, development and implementation of the Pennsylvania Integrated Clinical and Administrative Research Database (PICARD), a comprehensive database capturing the longitudinal detail of clinical care on over 2 million patients throughout the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Developed the data model and performed periodic manual data loads, created automated ETL routines in PHP.
