Responsible for creating registries and analytic data sets used for retrospective research studies along with migration and backup of various registries, databases and datasets.

Act as CHOP contact person in Pediatric IBD Network (ImproveCareNow Enhanced Registry) project that is using SHRINE to create modular pediatric chronic disease registry for Quality Improvement and Clinical Effectiveness research.

Actively participated in the planning, creation, development and implementation of the Pennsylvania Integrated Clinical and Administrative Research Database (PICARD), a comprehensive database capturing the longitudinal detail of clinical care on over 2 million patients throughout the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Developed the data model and performed periodic manual data loads, created automated ETL routines in PHP. Conducted data validation and integration from both commercial information resources such as EPIC Clarity, IDX Analyzer, McKesson Horizon Performance Manager, as well as numerous custom health system databases. Collaborated with clinical investigative teams to query and interpret the contents of PICARD to address research information needs required for study planning and subject recruitment.
