Manager Development Services (2005 – 10/2018)

Guided prototype production for multiple major brands (Nerf, Marvel, Littlest Pet Shop, My Little Pony), for the U.S. and international regions, managing over 750 projects/year. Supervised a production team of 10 including engineers, soft goods technicians, machinists, graphic designers and a safety coordinator. Oversaw safety and security training.

Managed the development budget for 2 of the largest brands equaling over $600M in revenue.

Oversaw $600K of materials; utilized JIT production method; maintained 1 month of supplies.

Collaborated with supply chain and customer forecasting to improve forecast accuracy.
