Description:

This job will assist engineering to manufacture Wire Steel Rods for concrete reinforcement according to IS1786-2008 at various sections from 8mm to 32mm using Electric Arc Furnace, Continuous Casting Machine and Rolling Mill as per customer requirements. Roles/Responsibilities:

Daily work allotment, monitoring and recording the production activities on day today basis and preparing daily work progress report as per company standards.

Periodic inspection of product and ensuring that all parts of the product are properly identified as per maintained in the process plan.

Handling around 20 numbers of workmen in the shop floor. Achievements:

Under the guidance of production manager we adopted a Hydraulic Slide Gate System for Laddel opening which was previously operated manually.

Changed the Guiding system to cut the Billets of various lengths as per the rolling mill requirement.
