PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES I am a holder of a bachelor’s degree in human resource Management from Ndejje University and currently pursuing a post Graduate diploma in human resource Management from the same University. I do enter into contracts with service providers g transporters with whom I negotiate transport rates to carry containers form Mombasa to Kampala, clearing agents at Malaba border post who clear cargo on behalf of the organization, training support staff in customer service related duties to ensure good service delivery and equipping them with hands on experience and improvement of service delivery of the org. * Negotiating rates on overseas consignments and coordination with overseas office to ensure that cargo arrives at Mombasa on time * Following up closely with transporters and monitoring cargo movements from abroad up to owners' premises. This is possible whereby I keep close monitoring of our competitors rates and compare so that I come up with a better competitive rate. Negotiation rates (on freight) with different shipping line companies and endure that empty containers are dropped in K'la where possible as this reduces on transport costs and where impossible return containers to Mombasa on time before expirely of free period given by shipping companies. * Monitoring offloads by clients after delivery and follow up closely to ensure that clients do not exceed the stipulated period to offload and return empty back to us.

Handle protocol matters, arrange appointments, manage and maintain the CEO’s diary and email account.
Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence, print attachments and dispatch as appropriate and respond to same.
Ensure bust diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers, etc and troubleshooting problems.
