-GSTR2A-reconciliation with our accounts books .

-Responsible for entire Accounts department at the site.

-Updating site Cash and Bank statement in Tally ERP.

-Verification and checking of purchase and suppliers bill.

-Verification of contractor’s bill & work order.

-Preparing sales tax records.

-Entire bank related documentation work like BG/LC, foreign TT& DD

-Raising the Invoices of clients.

-Handling stores work at site.

-Prepare workers salary sheet employees.

-Handling general administration like staff accommodation, house keeping, and transportation & travelling at site.

-Lisoning with government authority like Labor Commissioner, Sales Tax,TDS etc for labor license work, sales tax registration work,TDS registration.

-Primarily responsibility and accountability of maintaining books of account as per management requirements and local laws.

-Daily reporting for purchases, Accounts Receivables, Stock, Cash & Bank, etc

-Accurate recording and maintaining of all transactions in books of accounts.

-Preparation of monthly VAT Returns, Sales tax return, TDS return

-Reconciliation of ledgers of Suppliers, Customers & Banks /cash

-Controlling statutory compliance as per state’s rules & regulations.

-Preparation of labor PF/ESI, prepared muster roll & wages sheet, form13 (workmen registered details), half yearly and annual return of labor.

-Lisoning with Auditors, government departments and Banks for day to day issues

-Updating Sales Tax record and issuing C form.
