LB Foster acquired Inspection Oilfield Services in 2015 and rebranded the company as LB Foster Energy in 2017.

Manager, Human Resources December, 2016 – September, 2017

Managed the human resources function for 400 employees in Texas and Louisiana.

Assisted the management team with restructuring the Energy business unit from a fully independent subsidiary to a fully integrated division of LB Foster Company.

Worked with LB Foster HR in Pittsburgh to transition policies, procedures and benefits programs to LB Foster Energy. Supervised the activities of one HR Generalist and one Recruiter.

As part of the restructuring and consolidation of functions and business units, the HR Manager position was eliminated.

Newpark Drilling Fluids

$960 million exploration and production services company providing drilling fluids products and technical services to clients worldwide.

Manager, Human Resources July, 2010 – June, 2016

Coordinated the human resources function for 900 employees in 48 locations throughout the United States.

Acted as senior HR business partner with key management in operations and support functions. Utilized knowledge of overall company and departmental strategy to support strategic and tactical goals in the areas of organizational development, alignment and effectiveness; talent acquisition; employee development; and employee engagement.

Partnered with the new VP, Global Procurement and Supply Chain to design and build an organization/function that had not existed at the overall corporate level.

$5 billion international energy services company with 28,000 employees worldwide. The Wood Group acquired Baker Energy in October, 2009. Baker Energy was a $350 million international energy services company providing onshore and offshore labor and manpower services, onshore managed services, global training, safety and compliance, and applied technologies.

Manager, Human Resources, Wood Group Management Services September, 2009 – July, 2010

Facilitated integration of the Baker Energy human resources function into Wood Group Production Services. Established the HR function for Wood Group Management Services Inc. Provide ongoing HR support for all US corporate functions.

Created HR policies, processes and procedures.

Established a formal on-boarding process for new employees.

Updated and rewrote the paid time off policy to reflect current practices and procedures in the US.

Created an employee handbook for Wood Group Management Services.

Established the employee relations function for the corporate services groups.
