Responsibilities : Preventing or minimizing potential fraud losses on the Company website by verifying listing, account holder identity and account transactions based upon patterns and metrics.

Verify properties listed by the host and ensure that they comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

Recover hacked host & guest accounts.

Handle tickets and document cases with detailed action taken.

Continuous review of users and listings flagged for investigation.

Role/ Designation : Customer service executive for pan-India.

Responsibilities : Provide customer support for Peppertap Mobile Application users.

Keep track of calls handled and updated in the required tools.

Send follow up emails to the customer.
