-Review and approving FAIs (from Sub tiers, Domestic & International)

-Customer specific requirements (Boeing/ Lockheed Martin/ UTC/ Rolls Royce/ GE etc.) flow down and ensuring compliance.

-Supplier selection, qualification (as per end customer flow-down requirements) and performance monitoring through statistical methods / data driven metrics and feedback system.

-Interface with Suppliers and internal Supply chain/ Engineering team to drive Quality improvements.

Tooling (Concept designing, Inspection & prove-out)

Tooling Quality for detail parts manufacturing process with knowledge on assembly fixtures. The role includes process mapping, outsourcing, quality plan, inspection, monitoring the manufacturing, stage inspection, final prove-out of the tools & fixtures. Periodic inspection and verification of tools including initial validation and maintenance (calibration of tools).

ACE (Achieving competitive excellence): is operating system followed by Sikorsky (UTC group). Responsible as site pilot for organizing to ensure and guide team to achieve ACE-Qualifying and ACE-Bronze in a short span of 4 months.

NADCAP accreditation: Contributed (Planning/ scheduling/ auditing per PRI requirements) and guided team to achieve 18 months & Subsequent 24 months of merit in all special processes namely HT, CP, NDI, Welding, M&I (CMM) & Wire EDM in the very first cycle of eligibility (3rd year of accreditation), and was recognized with the prestigious (J.R.D Tata) JEH-award.
