Providing HR support to three (3) locations while advising Human Resources Director on HR function and HR strategic initiatives. This included analyzing the company’s HR programs and recommending solutions, building a strong partnership with the Executive Staff to ensure collaboration to achieve business goals and serving as a link between organization and employees by providing managers with practical tools and critical information needed to reach objectives.

MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES) - NWF (Horn Lake, MS) 2018 (relocated to Nashville)

Provided generalist support to facility management team while managing five (5) HR professionals and supporting a facility of 300 employees and 41 leaders.
