04/2017 – 12/2018 Logistic Engineering Director (Moscow, Russia) LORUS s.c.m (SOLLERS Holding) I created the engineering department of the company, structuring and organising it, acquiring and developing competences and knowledge.

I answered tenders, proposing lean logistics solutions for customers that was covering the complete supply- chain process and flows (inbound, in-plant, outbound). 05/2011 – 06/2014 Project Director / Site General Manager (Wuhan, China) DongFeng Peugeot Citroen Automobiles (JV PSA - DongFeng Motors) I managed the building of a new automotive factory including the followings shops: stamping, welding, painting, assembly and quality.

This project also included all necessary technical utilities for the factory: Electricity, Hot and Cold water, Compressed air, Maintenance Area, Stocks, Car parks, Roads; and all social equipment: Open space offices, Meeting rooms, Kitchen and Canteen, Changing rooms, Parking’s, Green areas.

Following the construction of the factory, I managed its start-up and ramp-up until full cadence was obtained, using Lean Manufacturing techniques I learned and practiced during a big part of my career. I exceeded all my objectives:

• Minus 10% on the budget (350 M€)

• 1 month ahead on planning

• Best productivity for the DPCA group for first year of production,

• 4 new vehicles launched with the Highest Quality level ever obtained in DPCA.

• Quickest ramp up of production ever done in PSA group: 100000 vehicles produced, and full cadence obtained in 10 months. (255500 car/years)

I concluded my mission by coaching the new Chinese director who managed the site when I left. 09/2009 – 05/2011 Executive Operation Manager / Industrial Director (Kaluga, Russia) Peugeot Citroen Mitsubishi Automotive Rus (JV PSA - Mitsubishi Motor) I managed locally the company from scratch and supervised the construction of the first Semi Knock Down phase.

Following this setup part, I conducted the start-up and ramp up of the company (650 employees recruited). By delegation of the Managing Director of the Joint Venture, and a part of his team in France, I acted in the all domain of the company: Production and Industrial, Human Resources, Operational budget and Finance, Supply chain implementation, Safety at work and Security

In 2 years, best achievement obtained was: the company PCMA Rus was running with efficiency, obtaining the objectives in term of production quality and volume, cost and budget, time and stocks, respecting and using the rules and methods of PSA group. (50000 cars produced first year) During the 2 years I was in Kaluga, I also supervised the construction of the buildings for the 2nd phase

(Complete Knock Down process).

09/2007 – 09/2009 Project industrial Director (Paris, France) I managed the industrial team to prepare the construction project of an automotive factory and company for JV PSA / MITSUBISHI in Russia. Using lean conception tools, I supervised the design of the factory as for the building, as for the processes, and for the both phases (Semi Knock Down and Complete Knock Down) I was involved in the location study for the factory. Reporting directly to the CEO of PSA group on that subject, I had a decisive influence on the final choice of Kaluga, Russia. I have been part in negotiations with local government of Kaluga Oblast and we obtained near all the incentives, financial subsidies and administrative support we could expect. My position included a regular reporting to the PSA CEO, the CFO and the Industrial VP, for the project progress within the allocated budget and time frame in coordination with our partner, Mitsubishi Motors. Investment budget was 650 M€ - Capacity 150000 cars/year 09/2005 – 09/2007 Quality and Lean Deployment Director (Vigo, Spain) As Director of the Quality Department of the Vigo Factory, I had delegation from Quality VP of PSA group to authorize commercialization of vehicles produced in the factory. I could demonstrate my knowledge, commitment and abilities to achieve highest Quality Standard. For that I used and promoted Lean Manufacturing principles and methods in the 4 different shops of the Vigo site.

I was in charge to correct and improve the Quality System and Organisation of the site and organized Quality audit in the factory and in suppliers' factories.

My responsibility was also to manage and animate Vehicles Final Control and Repair Area. The result was a division by 2 of the indicator of defects/vehicle detected at the end of assembly line control, a reduction by 30 % of customer claims and the launch the new C4 Picasso in time with a successful level of quality.

05/2001 – 09/2005 Industrial General Manager (Mangualde, Portugal) My responsibility included all technical departments such as manufacturing, supply chain, maintenance and process improvement; involving 800 employees in 3 different shops. I have been in charge of a Management Project to develop some Lean concepts and improve Quality results. With this project, the factory reached its full capacity of 50000 cars/year, Productivity increased by 8%/year and Quality level was the benchmark for the PSA group in 2003. I supervised a Process Modernization Project, which conducts to implement first automatized and robotised processes in the site.

02/2000 – 05/2001 Lean Manufacturing Project Manager (Paris, France) Reporting directly to the Industrial Vice President of PSA Group, I was in charge to launch and manage ramp-up of the Corporate Lean Deployment Project.

My objective was to promote, implement and develop Lean Manufacturing in all production units of the group through trainings, conferences and networked best practice exchanges. I conceived a program called "Convergence and Excellence Plan". I structured the organisation of PSA Production System, which is still in use
