Conveyor belt replacement.

Long Conveyor belt laying at different heights.

Different type of lagging in pulley.

Reclimer & Stacker maintenance.

Responsibilities in Operation & Maintenance:

Monitor and regularized the attendance of shift members including shift supervisors.

Control and monitor weekly off and leaves.

Allocation of shift manpower as per priority.

Coordination with previous shift incharge and take handover.

Handover of the charge to the next shift incharge.

Assign work load to operators & achieving daily production target.

Reporting shift performance and issues to respective section owners and dept. head.

Technical problems Solving and Trouble Shooting.

Address quality and operation issues and take proper decision.

Ensure procurement of materials from store as per recruitment.

Ensure holiday and Sunday booking as per recruitment.

Daily monitoring of contract labor jobs.

Ensure housekeeping of shop floor.

Reporting of all maintenance related issues and coordination with respective maintenance owner.
