I have the knowledge and skill to address multiple ability groups a range of teaching methodology, such as group dynamics, problem solving addressing
critical thinking skills and experience based teaching. I am a versatile teacher in that I am qualified to teach mainstream learners and special needs learners in an inclusive and exclusive environment. My teaching experience has equipped me with the ability to teach learners from the age of 6 to 23 years.
My classroom management skills are very good. Time management is crucial to this area. Learners are fully occupied from the start to the end of the period. My sense of humor helps to break the tension and create a loving bond with my learners.

I would like to share my skills and ideas with my colleagues through workshops and Special resources. My focus will be addressing special needs learners in a mainstream, inclusive environment. I intend to produce a series of teaching resources that display a system of scaffolding that will break up the lesson into a range of activities moving from very simple to abstract, providing full instructions for teachers and learners.
Demonstration lessons, evaluation, assessment and adjusting the mainstream curriculum to meet the constantly changing needs of multiple ability classes will become the object and subject of the workshops presented.
