• Developed and implemented Safety Leadership Program – this created a strong company culture and improved HSE Performance to best in class when measured in Total recordable Injury Frequency and zero Lost Time Incidents for three years running.

• Outsourcing of key services to achieve improved performance and reduced cost. Amongst these services were global logistics, supply of bulk consumables (fuel, onboard hotel services and travel).

• Implemented Accountability Policy, while maintaining a non-blame culture. GLOBAL OPERATIONS MANAGER, SCHLUMBERGER; DUBAI — 2013 - 2013 Management and coordination of resources across global teams and locations to respond to changing demands.

• Successful on-time and within budget completion of a complex and challenging survey in Iraq.

• Startup on schedule of new crew in Abu Dhabi for national oil company, after an absence of more than 10 years of land seismic activity in this country.

• Completion of recovery of US$ 400M worth of high-value equipment from Egypt to the Dubai hub (abandon during Arab Spring).

HSE Management for 34 countries and 7 Oil Field Services Segments. Executed and maintained an effective program to providing specialist support and advice on Health, Safety and Environment related matters enabling company to maintain legal compliance, manage HSE risks and meet its performance objectives.

• Through HSE Management training, Accident Investigation training and consistently application of Accountability Matrix managed to improve HSE performance as measured by industry standard statistics to second best performing geomarket globally within Schlumberger.

• The above training enabled in-depth Root Cause Analysis to allow long lasting prevention and mitigation measures to be put in place.
