• Outsourcing of key services to achieve improved performance and reduced cost. Amongst these services were global logistics, supply of bulk consumables (fuel, onboard hotel services and travel).

• Successful on-time and within budget completion of a complex and challenging survey in Iraq.
• Startup on schedule of new crew in Abu Dhabi for national oil company, after an absence of more than 10 years of land seismic activity in this country.
• Completion of recovery of US$ 400M worth of high-value equipment from Egypt to the Dubai hub (abandon during Arab Spring).
