-Team lead for the safe and successful mobilization and demobilization of several Remotely Operated Vehicles

(ROVs) onto and or from several floating vessels including Bourbon Evolution 802, DSV Vinnice and the rig GSF135- all within budget and time.

-Successfully managed Tilone contracts with several clients including ExxonMobil, TOTAL and Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC) while maintaining client satisfaction at over 85% with zero down time.

-Carried out resolution of repeated pump failures that plagued Tilone’s NPDC contract execution. This reduced client spares expenditure by over 20%. Also upgraded all Tilone ROVs with the installation of Cardev filters.

-Successfully and safely refurbished the vessel MV Tilone Genesis (formerly Akwa Star) by using 70% of allocated funds thus saving the company 30% of budget.

-Member of Tilone team that acquired international certification for the company (Bureau Veritas, BV).

-Succeeded in Managing Tilone’s supply chain which resulted in 0 down time in all operations.

-Performed pipeline studies (reliability, integrity, pipelay analysis, corrosion & stability modelling/ forecasting) and route selection which formed the basis for several successful contracts all of which were executed within budget and resulted in a minimum client satisfaction of 79%. Some of the pipelines are Chevron EGP 3B (Escravos Gas Project) pipeline and Olokonla Gas pipeline.

-Successfully managed and improved company material purchase procedure which resulted in reduced material wastage by over 35% and thus improving company financial performance. Succeeded in implementing lean in the company procurement process.
