Prepare Documents : Pre-post shipment as per L/C or DP,CAD etc. shipping document for drawback & DEPB /EPCG documents make as under CHA & DGFT or council procedure advise.
DEPB,FMS,EPCG application make as per advice of DGFT officer.
Correspondence with overseas client by email .
Verification of Post shipment documents as per L/C terms, CAD, DP also concern with bank for procedure.
Amendment in letter of credit informing to buyer by email.
Handling matter with bank all the export payment as L/C discrepancies, DP,CAD or Advance remittance, or TT payment as bank procedure.( with remittance certificate).
Appointment of Export Inspection Agency for inspection as per procedure.
Packing Credit Loan as per bank formality with documents .(PCFC ).
Booking / Cancellation of forward Contract as per currency market & Credit Limit by bank.
Calculation of Demurrage / Dispatch vessel as per Exim News or Shipping schedule.
15 CB certificate for outward remittance prepare by CA on the basis of last year outstanding.
‘N’ FORM clearance as per Octroi procedure on time.
Submission documents for export proof after export along with EP copy of shipping bill .
Negotiation of Export freight rate depending market.
Submit letter on Excise format the details of export goods with excise office .
Negotiation of freight rates with transporter .
Handling & follow up with CHA or Shipping company about container.
All above work procedure in small export firm & other work regularly like dispatching samples, communication with local parties regarding supplier of raw material, packing material etc,
Also handling the council matter like registration or renewal, monthly report, ECGC policy common or buyer wise, policy,renewal, account maintaining.
