Responsibilities: -

Contract reviewing of Customer PO related to NDT activities.

Reviewing vendors invoice related to NDT Testing payment for every month.

Regularly visiting vendors to review RT films for all bulk parts.

Daily discussion with casting engineers regarding NDT results.

Giving inputs for Weekly development meeting to get correction for defect free castings in regular basis.

Preparation & uploading of documents for customer in respective website.

Monitor all NCR raised & take effective corrective actions for their closure.

Monitoring of RT film developing, interpretation, film submission and storage.

Preparing Shooting Sketch for NPCIL Radiography.

Conducting pep talk for daily plan initiative in shop floor.

Participating in Monthly meeting for domestic customers and Con-Call for export customers.

Preparing NDT procedures and establishing as per customer TDC.

Demonstration of RT Shooting techniques sheets to customer.

Planning and preparing report RT, MT & PT for castings.

Preparation of calibration / reference / demonstration blocks for UT.

Co-ordination with customer in NDT Inspection / Testing activities.

Conducting Periodic discussion to NDT personnel.

Maintaining Calibration of NDT equipment.

Maintaining batch certificate for Consumables in stock.

Coordinating with TPI, Customer and representatives in the time of inspection.

Organizing Welding Rework of castings by in house and by vendors.

Always planning work load to all vendors and get the work done in lead time.

Visiting Customers for feedback of supplies to improve our quality of product as well as inspection up gradation to avoid missing defects. Curriculum Vitae
