Design Manager - Argyle Design 2013 - present
Lead the design, development, planning and execution of multiple significant institutional projects driving implementation of sustainability initiatives. Responsible for overseeing the implementation of ideas into realized projects while managing external consultants, inspiring the team and continually coordinating with project and stakeholders to synchronize resources, budgets and schedules.
Notable projects include Children’s Discovery Museum of the Saskatchewan, San Antonio Children’s Museum, Children’s Museum of Houston, Natural History Museum of New York, Avampato Discovery Museum and Boston Children’s Museum
Acted as Owners Rep on Children’s Museum of Houston for multiple projects
Provide leadership, direction and decision making on design issues with consultants and clients
Ensure fiscal responsibility and consistency of scope on all projects by leading internal staff, subcontractors, government representatives and clients through project lifecycles
