IT Product Owner/Portfolio Manager – IT Infrastructure & Operations 2016 – Present

Manage and drive IT infrastructure portfolio for two IT Infrastructure & Operations teams supporting Cloud computing strategy as well as managing portfolio of workplace productivity capabilities across 10K endpoints worldwide.

●Support and drive an organizational transition from waterfall to agile.

●Prioritize work for 15+ engineers, develop 9-month roadmaps, build strong relationships and engage regularly with key stakeholder to support evolving business strategy.

●Plan and drive closure of two data centers with hundreds of network/compute devices and migration of 600+ active virtual servers to cloud. This increased business agility and reduced IT overhead and capital expense.

●Managed complex replacement of multiple phone systems with numerous integration points and $5.5M budget (1% under budget). This allowed one voice platform and streamlined the support model so more resources could deliver new value.

●Managed all IT aspects of real estate site expansion into new building. This supported the growth needs of our US call centers.

●Managed Internet Refresh/Redesign project in US data centers with goal to replace critical network infrastructure and simplify design. This greatly mitigated HW failure risk, simplified support needs and was achieved with very minimal business interruption.

This application will manage/deliver program data files to production circuit card manufacturing machines. This solution allowed for more streamlined circuit card production at a faster rate.
