Work History:

January 1982- March 2018. The Colmen Group- Managing Director

Worked as a consultant to various companies providing advice on sales, finance and operations. The companies were manufacturing, distribution and service organizations nationwide. They ranged from the occasional start-up to companies in excess of $75 million in sales. My assignments required interacting with all employees and selling them on various policy changes. I was also responsible for interacting with customers when introducing new products, selling existing products or changing the way the company distributed their products. In all cases my background in finance, sales and employee relations was a key factor in a successful assignment.

January 1977- December 1981. Mateer- Burt Company. Finance Executive

Worked in the accounting department of this manufacturer of packaging machinery. Was responsible for all aspects of the accounting department including annual budgeting and quarterly reviews to the Board of Directors. The Company was a wholly owned subsidiary of the Berwind Corporation.

January 1971-December 1980. Royal Doulton Corporation. Manager of accounting.

Worked as the accounting manager responsible to general accounting, credit and collectings, billing and inventory control. Reported to the VP Finance.
