Work Profile :

Job Responsibility as a Process Engineer:-

Responsible for daily production, planning achieving production targets and making report for the same in individual shift and minimize the breakdown time.

Fallow the (GMP, SOP) manufacturing process to ensure quality of product.

To maintain proper housekeeping and safety norms of the plant and machines.

Responsible for solving the practical problem in the manufacturing and use of companies products.

Working closely with process chemist and technicians to ensure maximum output level and the efficient running of the production facility.

Responsible for inventory checking of raw material for production and minimize wastage & maximize productivity with optimum quality.

Rationalizing manpower in process to effectively work with their safety in process and reduce overtime.

Maintain process parameter to ensure quality of product and research for advance technique to improving the quality of product.

Research to develop new and improved chemical manufacturing processes.

SAP knowledge, review production report.

Involved in failure to find the reason.

Involved in building small scale models of the actual processing facilities.

This process is very effective in effluent treatment plant for removing phenol from waste water and also it is very low cost process. Phenol removing very fast. It’s very easy process and small unit operation involve in such process.

It’s new research.

2.Seminar: -A seminar report on “Removing pyridine from synthetic water By using Wood Ash” in fourth year seventh semester …..

Pyridine use in many industry like petrochemical, plastic, etc. For using wood ash making adsorbent. This adsorbent removing pyridine in waste water.

3.Major Project:-A project on “Production of Alcohol,Hard Candy and Soft Candy Using Sugar Industry By-Products”in fourth year eight semester

Alcohol is most import chemical .it’s use for making Rum, wine, etc.
