• Liaised between design, manufacturing and executive teams as a contributor to development of Press Tool Components. Ensured product manufacturability, robust design, compliance with regulatory requirements and transition from prototype to production

• Conducted process mapping and time/capability studies to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure adherence to customer specifications.

• Leads complaint investigations, failure analysis of returned products and determines whether to stop ship/stop production

• Coordinates with Sales, Purchasing, and Production department heads to resolve customer complaints and provide status updates on corrective actions taken.

• Monitor Production Plan, optimize the use of manpower, materials and machinery.

• Estimation of materials required and keeping record of it.

• Monitoring the Quality & Quantity upto the dispatch stage.
