KWESE TV- Customer Liaison and Support Consultant (March 2017- September 2018)

As a Customer service and support consultant; I made use of our various platforms-social media pages, live webchats, phone calls, Noc phone and emails to communicate to existing and prospective customers across Africa about the product and revolving and escalating issues.

Administrative duties; I personally assisted the Manager and team leaders with floor assistance and coordination, daily and monthly reports, escalations, coaching and distribution of emails to consultants, ensure consultants work station and tools are working among other adhoc roles as and when I was asked to perform.
