BLOCNETS was founded by integrating the intellectual property of three participants. MainStreet Applications contributed over 80% of the intellectual property. BLOCNETS is an application startup focused on delivering a new generation of Supply Chain applications integrating Blockchain, AI, and IoT technologies. Responsibilities include:

• Lead the founding of the company including the development of the PPM (private placement documentation for investors)

• Developed and got commitment on the business model of BLOCNETS, including the cadre inventor model

• Developed and sold the business plan to the cadre of investors

• Hired the development, market facing, and deployment teams

• Delivered the 62-page MainStreet intellectual property package which is the basis of BLOCNETS products
