Creating electronic images suitable for the imprinting of promotional items, as per instructions provided by our Customer Service Department. Create artwork as needed by other departments. This process includes:
Clean-up of faxed and Bitmapped logos or copy from customers.
Typesetting and providing proofs for customers’ orders.
Create various line illustrations from photos and items.
Convert various file types into images usable in the creation of vector based art.
Alter existing images / layouts so they are able to be imprinted on a variety of other items.

Preflight customer’s files on Macintosh computers to ensure jobs meet proper criteria for direct-to-plate and offset sheet-fed printing processes.
Color management of digital proofing systems.
Page makeup duties included positioning of scanned images, color trapping, bleed, and font management.
Retouching duties included photo manipulation, image formatting, and basic color correction.
Imposition duties included color separations, and manipulation of dyelines.
Used Esko, Adobe Creative Suite, and Quark.
Consult with sales representatives on proper file construction, emailing of files and FTP site use.
