The completion of North Luzon’s operational ‘Loop Zero’ FOC network in 2006

Executed Smart Communication’s Base station (macro & micro) roll-out project to attain seamless cellular coverage from NLEX to Baguio in 2002 thereby improving service reliability and availability in the North Luzon corridor of the Philippines

Successfully managed the building of North Luzon’s terrestrial radio redundancy network and SDH backbone catering to Smart’s and PLDT’s requirements in 2005 which effectively realized a high level of Grade of Service (GoS) in the region
