DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
Flagstar is a leading mortgage lender and a national leader in the wholesale mortgage business. Flagstar Bank offers exceptional full-service banking and lending expertise with a distinctive, personal focus. The bank promotes homeownership and financial well-being, including special grant programs, down payment assistance, and CRA mortgage programs.
The goal of this project is to make a simple business calculator for the customer who want to
start new business, identify and plan for their costs. There are many costs associated with
starting a new business such as buy equipment, fixture and fittings purchases. The project will
identify which will be one-time cost and which will be ongoing cost, which will recur annually. It
will also identify which may be relevant to the business or how much the business worth in
today’s market or what term of loan should be taken for starting the business.
Responsibilities: -
Analyze product and business functional requirements and prepare test specifications including test scenario and test cases.
Reviewed system requirement specification (SRS), System Functional Specification (SFS) and developed test case documents.

The Farmers Insurance Group of Companies is a personal lines property and casualty insurance group providing homeowners insurance, auto insurance, life insurance, and financial services in the United States.
The goal of this easy-to-use service is to make the comparison-shopping process simpler for our customers. Answer a few questions on-line and within moments, you’ll have a free quote. After receiving a quote, you’ll have the ability to choose if you would like to be referred to a Farmers agent in your neighborhood or provided information on how to contact an agent directly.
We are involved in the System Application Testing for the entire Agent’s Application. Agile testing of the application involves testing the entire build for different releases from the customer perspective. There are two lines of business: AUTO and HOME. For each release, there will be some enhancements. The web application for both are being optimized into a product called “Express” and we are involved in testing the same. The testing activity includes web as well as Mainframes applications for different business scenarios and business transactions done.
