Directed $10M project to replace multiple POS systems in the field. This project involved approximately 130 sites in the northeastern region of the country

Implemented Peoplesoft Financial Systems using an ASP model

Developed strategic partnerships with key vendors for theatre systems

Stride Rite Corporation, Lexington, Massachusetts, a $500M footwear manufacturer, key brands being Keds, Sperry and Tommy Hilfiger.
