M.Tech – Project (Investigation of Mechanical properties and fatigue analysis of Al 7068/SiC/Gr hybrid metal matrix composite.)

o The project mainly is on perceiving the mechanical properties of Al composite by varying the weight percentage of SiC from 3%, 6%, 9% and keeping Gr at 1% constant. Then the material is tested under the cyclic load for fatigue results.

B.Tech -Project (Numerical simulation on DLR-Scramjet combustor with wall based strut injector):

o The project titled as“Numerical simulation on DLR-Scramjet combustor with wall based strut injector.” My focus is primarily on analyzing DLR-Scramjet combustor with wall based strut injector at three different angles (2, 4 and 6 degrees) by using the standard DLR-Scramjet. MINI PROJECT: (Numerical simulation on DLR-Scramjet combustor with cavity based flame holder)

o The project titled as “Numerical simulation on DLR-Scramjet combustor with cavity based flame holder” My focus is primarily on analyzing DLR-Scramjet combustor with cavity based flame holder. We took three different cavities like stepped cavity, spherical cavity etc. by using the standard DLR-Scramjet. It was accomplished through analyzing various contours like temperature, pressure, velocity, etc.

INTERNSHIPs

INTERNSHIP IN PENNAR INDUSTRIES

The internship was carried out in PENNAR INDUSTRIES LIMITED at Isnapur plant. The knowledge profoundly gained on the manufacturing cold rolling steel strips from various steel grades, cold rolling formed sections, metal crash barriers and heat treatment process. And finally how steel is manufacturing for application purpose?

INTERSHIP ON ANSYS SOFTWARE

Now, currently an internship is being carried out on ANSYS software where I learn about the 1D, 2D and 3D meshing, static structural analysis, thermal analysis, heat Flux and CFD are being thought. Then industrially project will be given to analyze. WORKSHOPS:

EZENITH EDUCATION LTD. – BITS HYDERABAD:

Participated in FASTTRACK ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY WORKSHOP conducted by EZENITH Educational LTD. with training and practical hands-on experience on complete assembly/disassembly of 2-Stroke, 4-Stroke Engines of Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler vehicles.

DESIGN SMARTER USING PTC CREO 4.0

Participated in two days’ workshop on design smarter using PTC CREO 4.0 where we had hands on experiences on design the industrial model which was conducted by adroitec at GRIET.
