PROJECTS/ SHUTDOWN IN SAUDI ARABIA:
• UNITED Project/Shutdown (SABIC), PETRO KEMYA Project/Shutdown (SABIC), Unconventional Gas Early Production Pipeline Project (Saudi Aramco). Unconventional Gas Harmaliyah 50MMSCFD Project (Saudi Aramco).
HANDS ON EXPERIENCE
•Incoming materials Inspection, MTC review and Ensure correct materials are utilized in project.
•Ensure that all the welding work carried out as per approved procedure and plans.
•Witness welder Qualification test in association with the company representative and welding engineer.
•Verifying that the welders are qualified to the WPSs and maintain continuity records.
•Before welding fit up Inspection, during welding preheat & Inter pass temperature checking, After welding 100% Visual Inspection. NDT request and Review for on plot and off plot Jobs.
•Check and Record welding parameters and verifying compliance with approved WPS.
•Verifying calibration status of measuring device and test equipment.
•Set up a numbering system for the welds, compile and maintain isometrics containing weld numbers and welders identification. Monitor welder performance, receive and review NDT reports.
•Preparing & Monitoring Weekly/Monthly Welder & Project Repair Rate.
•Conduct the welder meeting month once and give an instruction of On plot and Off plot welding, Class1 pipe line welding & general instruction of welding.
•Preparation of Method Statements, work instructions, QAP/ITP and all procedures related to QA/QC.
•Conduct all stage wise Inspection as per approved QCP/ITP with Client, Owner & Third Party.
•Visual Inspection and reporting of piping weld joints for materials like CS, SS, Alloy Steel, and Cu Ni & Inconel B444 UNS 66225, As per ASME B31.3 standards.
•To conduct and evaluate non destructive testing (RT, MPT, PT and UT) of weld joints as per ASME Section VIII acceptance standards.
•Interpretation of RT films as per ASME Section VIII Acceptance Standards.
•Implementation of approved procedures (WPS & PQR) and maintaining quality records as per quality management system requirements.
•Evaluation of pre & post weld heat treatment (PWHT) charts.
•Prepare inspection reports, NCR, technical queries, weekly QA/QC reports and monthly X Ray and repairing status.
•Issues Punch List and follow up.
•Co ordinate with other Departments, Client and sub Contractors for the smooth functioning of QA/QC activities

•Piping identification on P & ID’S for pressure test; and preparation of Test Packages.
•Inspect lines in accordance with P & ID & isometric drawing for mechanical clearance.
•Making Piping punch list for Test Package.
•Carrying out Hydro Test & Pneumatic test as per specified STD.
•Hydro testing of Piping Spools, Metallic/Non Metallic Pipeline & their Hydro Test.
•Complete System walk through with Sub contractor and PMT QC
