Responsibilities
Receipt, Storage and Delivery of Aviation Turbine Fuel (JET A-1).
Operates control panel for adjust rate of flow, pressure etc.
Moves and adjusts dials, switches, valves, and levers on control panel to regulate and coordinate process variables, such as flows and pressures.
Responsible for Quality Control Checks of JET A-1.
Planning and Scheduling Maintenance activities.
Ensuring Quality, Health & Safety at each and every stage.
Drafting and implementation of system documentation, checklist & procedure.
Assisting Customers/Auditors during Inspection and Audits.
Carry daily & other periodic quality control checks & document the same.
Conducting different tests like copper corrosion, silver corrosion, gravimetric and colorimetric test.
Perform verification of In-use pressure gauges, Hydrometers and Thermometers.
Carry out all activities so as to realize the objectives of the company’s quality policy.
Report all emergencies to the shift manager & also take appropriate action.
Give Timely & Courteous Into-plane service to the Airline customers.
Daily stock monitoring, assessing losses and gain.
Safe operation of the installation including unloading of tanker complying with all applicable statutory regulations.

Specially approved by DGCA for conducting Gravimetric pre-weighment and post-weighment in IOSL lab.
Monitoring adherence to quality systems procedures in the organisation to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products.

Corrective action plan preparation and implementation of same for non conformities raised by customers Regulatory Authorities.

The aim of this project to recover hydrogen sulphide (H2S)from the lighter gas composistion.
This project was done at CHENNAI PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED, MANALI.
The recovery system is increase the fuel content of the industry and decreases the greenhouse effect and reduces global warming.
