SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

TESA certified as a technical expert to work overseas. Technically proficient Field Service Rep with over 18 year’s communication experience ranging from using a SINCGARS radio to setting up a fully operational Brigade and Battalion TOC with all ABCS systems which included setting up a CISCO router and using a 5500 switch. Responsible for over 10 million dollars of communication equipment as a Communication sergeant while spending 10 years in the Army. Responsible for training over 100 NCO’s and soldiers on operator and Unit Level Maintainer (ULM) course on the FBCB2/BFT. Three successful deployments while serving as a field service representative with Engineering Solutions and Products; training and helping units utilize the full functions of the FBCB2/BFT System. Two successful deployments while serving as a Digital System Engineer for ManTech Corporation teaching units basic operator knowledge of all the Army Battle Command Systems(ABCS) and how to incorporate the ABCS Information Client into daily operations to help further the success of the unit while deployed. Four successful deployments as a communications sergeant. Responsible for setting up and maintaining communications using the FBCB2/BFT, MTS and the spit fire during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Duties/Responsibilities: Assigned to CECOM in Kaiserslautern, GE to provide technical and logistics support throughout Europe. Responsible for a team of trainers, installers and logistical support which provide new equipment fielding, training and property book acquisitions so the new equipment can be accounted for. Responsibilities also included answering trouble tickets across Europe via phone, email and face to face communications. Able to help fix equipment and basic COMSEC issues over the phone. Responsible for training soldiers with secret clearance to use the SKL to fill COMSEC into various devices. Sends a daily SITREP report to PM FBCB2 which includes vehicles fielded, soldiers trained, and equipment signed for and trouble tickets answered and closed throughout Europe.

Duties/Responsibilities: Provides recommendations to best utilize FBCB2/BFT systems to meet operational needs while increasing the survivability and lethality of the unit supported. Possesses and performs critical FBCB2/BFT core technical skills and troubleshooting competencies to ensure systems are operational and utilized to the maximum extent possible. Responsible for assisting and training unit personnel in the operation of the FBCB2/BFT System. Advises the Unit Communications Staff Officer (G-6/S-6) on Unit Role Name (URN), Configuration Management (CM), training, overlay development, and map management as well as system administrative support and database management between the unit and Combat Training Centers (CTC). Duties also included being in charge of installers, trainers and soldiers while installing equipment designated equipment for 400 or more vehicles.

Served as the Multi-National Division South East (MND-SE) FSR in Basra, Iraq. Provided training and support to United Kingdom, Army, Marines, Special Forces and Civil Affairs. Acted as the primary advisor to assigned Command for all FBCB2/BFT related issues. Provided Commanders and Staff recommendations on how to best leverage FBCB2 systems to meet their operational needs. Served as the primary FBCB2/BFT trainer for Soldiers within assigned Command. FBCB2/BFT technical expert. Possessed and was able to perform core technical and troubleshooting competencies to ensure FBCB2/BFT systems were operational to the maximum extent possible.
